Refund and Returns Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases made through driassociation.com are final.

Once a ticket is purchased, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your trip details carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Non-Transferable Tickets

Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.
Tickets may be required to be presented or scanned in the presence of the bus operator.


3. Ticket Expiration

All tickets expire 30 days from the date of purchase.
Expired tickets cannot be reused, refunded, or extended.


4. Missed Trips & No-Shows

If a passenger misses their scheduled trip for any reason, including late arrival or failure to board, the ticket is considered used and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.


5. Service Changes or Cancellations

In rare cases where service is canceled or significantly changed by the operator, resolution (if any) will be handled at the sole discretion of the Bus Driver Association or the operating carrier.
No automatic refunds are guaranteed.


6. Incorrect Purchases

We are not responsible for tickets purchased incorrectly, including but not limited to:

  • Wrong route selection
  • Wrong quantity
  • Incorrect email address entered at checkout

Passengers can still access their ticket using the order number and email via the View Your Tickets page.


7. Baggage & Personal Items

Refunds will not be issued for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Passengers are responsible for their items at all times.

If an item is found and turned in, it will be held at the Bus Driver Association office.

8. Guest Checkout

Tickets purchased as a guest are subject to the same refund and return rules as registered users.
