No. All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased. Please double-check your selection before confirming your order.

Yes. Tickets expire 30 days from the date of purchase and cannot be reused or extended after that period.

No. Tickets with time limits are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. They must also be detached or scanned in the presence of the operator.

No. Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Yes, passengers may bring personal items and small bags on board.

We do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Passengers are fully responsible for keeping their belongings with them at all times.

If an item is found on one of our buses and turned in, it will be held at the Bus Driver Association.

When a ticket involves travel on other carriers, our company acts only as an agent. We are not responsible for:

Absolutely not. Seating aboard our vehicles is provided without regard to race, color, creed, or national origin, in full compliance with federal requirements.

Yes. You can purchase tickets securely online as a guest. Just enter your email and order number to view or download your ticket.

If you mistyped your email, don’t worry — you can still view and use your ticket. As long as you have your order number and the email you entered at checkout (even if it was entered incorrectly), you can access your ticket on the View Your Tickets page. You can also download a copy of your QR code directly from the order confirmation page immediately after purchase.

You will receive your ticket by email, and you can also view it anytime through our View Your Tickets page using your order number and email.
